These terms apply to every order placed with Swipe Right Decks. By purchasing a deck you agree to what follows.

The service

We design presentation decks from the content, notes, or draft files you provide. Base pricing covers ten slides; additional slides and rush delivery are priced at checkout. Standard turnaround is 24 hours from the time we receive both payment and usable source content, whichever comes later.

Your content

You confirm that you own or have permission to use everything you send us — text, images, logos, and data. You keep ownership of your content. We may not be able to use fonts or imagery you are not licensed to use, and we may substitute equivalents.

Ownership of the deck

Once your order is paid in full, the finished deck is yours to use, edit, and distribute. We retain the right to display anonymized or non-confidential work in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to.

Revisions

Each order includes one round of revisions, requested through your order portal. Revisions cover refinements to the delivered design — not a change of subject matter, a new deck, or substantially new content, which are billed as a new order.

Payment and refunds

Payment is collected up front through Stripe. If we have not started work, you can cancel for a full refund. Once design work has begun, refunds are prorated at our discretion. Once a deck has been delivered, the order is final, though we will always work with you through the included revision round to make it right.

Turnaround and delays

Turnaround clocks start when we have everything we need. Missing content, unclear direction, or slow replies pause the clock. We are not liable for missed deadlines caused by incomplete or late input.

Acceptable use

We do not produce material that is unlawful, hateful, deceptive, or infringing. We may decline or cancel an order for this reason and refund any unearned amount.

File retention

Delivered files remain available in your order portal for a limited period after delivery. Please download and store your own copies; we cannot guarantee indefinite retention.

Liability

The service is provided as is. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost business or funding outcomes.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version published here at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
