Swipe Right Decks keeps this simple: we collect what we need to design your deck and get it to you, and nothing we do not need.
What we collect
Order details (name, email, deck type, slide count, deadline, and the notes and files you upload), account details if you create one, messages you send through our contact form, and basic technical data such as IP address and browser type used for security and rate limiting.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Card numbers never touch our servers — we receive only a payment reference, the amount, and the status of the transaction.
How we use it
To design and deliver your deck, send order confirmations and delivery notifications, handle revisions and support, prevent abuse, and keep internal records of orders.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers needed to run the business: Stripe for payments, our email provider for transactional messages, our hosting and database provider for storage, and Google Sheets for internal order tracking. We never sell your data or your content, and we do not use your deck content to train AI models for third parties.
Storage and security
Files and order records are stored in access-controlled cloud storage. Order files are reachable only by you (through your account or a private order link) and our production team. Delivered files are removed after the retention window shown in your order portal.
Cookies
We use only the cookies and local storage needed to keep you signed in and to complete checkout. No advertising trackers.
Your choices
You can request a copy of your data, correction of anything inaccurate, or deletion of your account and files. Email us and we will action it within 30 days, except where we must keep transaction records for tax and accounting purposes.
Children
The service is not intended for anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email.
